We operate Management Training Courses for British companies at our French Château.
Team Building
Probably our most popular course using English outdoor pursuit instructors. Generally we put managers together in an unfamiliar environment and they are made to find solutions to problems outside of their own expertise which in turn can only be achieved by working as a team (popular with several top hotel chains). None of the activities are physically onerous. Most are initiative exercises which take place within the Château grounds.
Recruitment of Key Personnel
Employing the wrong person, especially in an important key role, within a company can lead to disaster and enormous expense. By using the various management training techniques developed over the years we can assess potential key appointments alongside your Human Resources Director/Manager.
We are able to ascertain applicants commercial characteristics; their capabilities under pressure; their aptitude to being a team player; their leadership skills; their temperament; their delegation skills; their listening and communication skills, and especially their attitude and commitment.

We have a variety of meeting rooms which can cater for groups of 10 up to 150. So we can tailor make courses to your individual requirements.
