Le Château du Broutel has an unrivalled setting for meetings and conferences with a variety of character rooms to choose from. The main Château has 3 meeting rooms each with their own 18th Century wall paintings and tapestries – rooms can cater for up to 20 delegates depending on the style of seating requirements. In the Ecurie we have a large meeting room, which can cater for up to 150 delegates.
To help you plan your budget we offer two standard packages, a daily rate and an overnight rate.
Day Delegate Tariff
The day delegate tariff is suitable for all meetings for 8 or more delegates.
* Unlimited tea/coffee throughout the day
* Delegate's 3 course lunch with tea or coffee
* Afternoon cake and sandwiches
* Hire of meeting room
* Notepaper and pencils
* Flipchart and pens
* Overhead projector and screen
* Bottled mineral water
* Member of Château staff on immediate call to handle every requirement
Overnight Delegate Tariff
The overnight delegate tariff includes the package indicated in the daily tariff plus:
* Four course dinner with coffee
* Half bottle of wine
* Accommodation
* Continental buffet breakfast
